Open Skills Development Space (https://openskills.dev) is an online platform that provides a community space for young heroes to present themselves and their skills, grow their network and reputation, and reach out to sponsors. In order to ensure the safety, security and privacy of our users, we have established these Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully so you understand your rights and responsibilities when using Open Skills Development Space.
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. You are provided with a privacy policy when joining Open Skills Development Space which outlines our practices concerning how we collect, use, maintain, secure and disclose your personal information and data.
You are solely responsible for your actions when using Open Skills Development Space, and must adhere to the following user conduct rules:
You acknowledge that Open Skills Development Space does not pre-screen any content on our Platform. Any disputes or disagreements that arise out of or relate to these Terms of Service will be resolved in an amicable and timely manner. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to mediation or arbitration.
All services and products provided or made available by Open Skills Development Space are provided “as is” and without warranty. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the Platform.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
We may update or change these Terms of Service from time to time, so please review them periodically. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any change becoming effective. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue your use of our Platform. If you continue to use our Platform after the new Terms of Service become effective, then you will be considered to have accepted them.
