Open Skills Development Space (https://openskills.dev) is an online platform that provides a community space for young heroes to present themselves and their skills, grow their network and reputation, and reach out to sponsors. In order to ensure the safety, security and privacy of our users, we have established these Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully so you understand your rights and responsibilities when using Open Skills Development Space.

1. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. You are provided with a privacy policy when joining Open Skills Development Space which outlines our practices concerning how we collect, use, maintain, secure and disclose your personal information and data.

2. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your actions when using Open Skills Development Space, and must adhere to the following user conduct rules:

3. Content

You acknowledge that Open Skills Development Space does not pre-screen any content on our Platform. You recognize that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials is the sole responsibility of the one who submitted it. Consequently, you acknowledge that you, and not Open Skills Development Space, are entirely responsible for all content that you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Platform.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason, with or without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if we deem necessary.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Open Skills Development Space harmless from and against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, damages and losses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or in connection with any claim, demand, suit, action, or proceeding brought by a third party as a result of your breach of these terms or any activity connected with your account.

All services and products provided or made available by Open Skills Development Space are provided “as is” and without warranty. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any change becoming effective. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue your use of our Platform. If you continue to use our Platform after the new Terms of Service become effective, then you will be considered to have accepted them.
