🌱 What Are Seeds? Seeds are your voting tokens on the OpenmindProjects platform. When you donate to or back a crowdfunding project, you automatically receive Seeds proportional to your contribution. Each Seed represents one vote that you can cast on any active project in the Funding Hub. 🔑 Getting Your Seed Code After making a donation or backing a project, you will receive a unique Seed Code via email. This code looks like: SEED-XXXXXXXXXXXX Keep this code safe — it is your key to access your voting dashboard and cast votes. 📊 Accessing Your Dashboard Navigate to My Seeds from the sidebar menu (🌱 icon). Enter your Seed Code in the input field. Click "🔐 Access My Seeds" to unlock your dashboard. Once verified, you will see your personalized dashboard showing: Total Seeds — the total number of voting tokens you have earned. Seeds Used — how many Seeds you have already cast as votes. Available — your remaining Seeds available for voting. 🗳️ How to Vote on a Project Scroll down to the "Vote on Projects" section on your dashboard. Browse the list of active projects. Click any project name to view its full details. Use the + / − buttons or type a number to set how many Seeds you want to allocate. Click the "🌱 Vote" button to cast your vote. You will see a confirmation with your updated remaining balance. Tip: You can spread your Seeds across multiple projects or concentrate them all on a single project you believe in! 📈 Tracking Your Voting History Your dashboard includes a Voting History section that shows every vote you have cast, including: The project name you voted for The number of Seeds used per vote The date of each vote Click on any entry in your voting history to view the full project details. 🔒 Locking Your Dashboard When you are done, click "🔒 Lock Dashboard" at the top of the page. This clears your session and protects your Seed Code. You can always return and re-enter your code to access the dashboard again. ❓ FAQ Q: How many Seeds do I get per donation? A: The number of Seeds is proportional to your donation amount. The exact ratio is set by the project administrators. Q: Can I get more Seeds? A: Yes! Every time you back a new project in the Funding Hub, you will receive additional Seeds. Q: Do Seeds expire? A: No, your Seeds never expire. You can use them whenever you are ready. Q: Can I transfer Seeds to someone else? A: Seeds are tied to your unique Seed Code and cannot be transferred. Q: I lost my Seed Code. What do I do?
