Follow these steps: Navigate to My Seeds from the sidebar menu (🌱 icon), or visit the My Seeds page directly. Enter your Seed Code (e.g., SEED-XXXXXXXXXXXX) and click "🔐 Access My Seeds". Once your dashboard loads, scroll down to the 🧾 My Donation Receipts section. You will see a list of all your issued receipts, showing the receipt number, status, amount, and date. Click the 📥 PDF button next to the receipt you want to download. A new browser tab will open with your printable receipt. Anyone can scan this QR code to verify the receipt is authentic: Scan the QR code using any smartphone camera or QR scanner app. You will be directed to the Receipt Verification page on our platform. The page will show the receipt status (Verified, Pending, or Voided), the receipt number, amount, and payment date. Privacy Protected: The verification page does not display any donor personal information. Only the receipt holder can access the full receipt using their private Seed Code. 🔒 Security & Privacy Private Access: Receipts can only be downloaded by the donor using their Seed Code.
