Silicon Design For Test Engineer, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience with Design For Test (DFT) methodologies, DFT verification, and industry-standard DFT tools.
