Job Description The Manufacturing Technician Lead performs a dual role, providing leadership to an assigned team of Production Technicians of varying skill levels, and executing assembly responsibilities on assigned projects. The Lead will be expected to lead, mentor and provide training to manufacturing Technicians in levels 1-4.
